How to use: Hold the mala in your right hand, resting it on your ring finger. Move one bead at a time after each mantra or breath. For aromatherapy, apply 1–2 drops of essential oil to a lava bead.
Care: Keep your mala dry. Reapply essential oils as needed. Clean lava beads with a damp cloth.
