Bead count: 21 beads + 1 carved spacer
Bead size: Approximately 8mm (rudraksha)
Fit: Adjustable, fits most wrists
Seed type: Five-faced (Panch Mukhi) rudraksha

How to use: Hold the mala in your right hand, resting it on your ring finger. Use your thumb to move one bead at a time after each mantra or breath. The larger bead marks the beginning and end of your count.
Care: Keep your mala dry and away from direct sunlight. Occasionally rub a drop of natural oil (coconut or almond) on the seeds to keep them from drying out.
