Handmade Tibetan Om Mani Coral and Lapis Pendant

This listing is for a hand crafted crushed coral and lapis pendant with the buddhist prayer for compassion, Om Mani Padme Hum, and a Tibetan om in the center. This pendant measures approximately 1 inch and was handmade in Kathmandu Nepal. The script is the mantra of Avalokteshwara, the Buddha of compassion, and it translates to "hail to the jewel in the lotus". Mani means jewel and pema means lotus. OM includes three syllables, AH, O and MA. OM can also be used as a blessing, OM AH HUM. Many Tibetan people use the powerful mantra OM AH HUM to bless food, animals, the earth, etc.
