Handmade individually knotted rudraksha wrist mala, with each bead hand-knotted on cord for extra durability and a beautiful drape. Rudraksha seeds are sacred to Lord Shiva and have been used in meditation for thousands of years. Each seed is 100% genuine five-faced (Panch Mukhi).
How to use: Hold the mala in your right hand, resting it on your ring finger. Use your thumb to move one bead at a time after each mantra or breath. The larger bead marks the beginning and end of your count.
Care: Keep your mala dry and away from direct sunlight. Occasionally rub a drop of natural oil (coconut or almond) on the seeds to keep them from drying out.
